1: Fry the soya in refined oil until golden brown. 2: Add the salt and ginger garlic paste to the fried soya. 3: In a separate pan, heat mustard oil and add jeera. 4: Add garlic cloves and chopped onion, sauté until golden. 5: Mix haldi powder, ginger, tomatoes, and green chillies (for paste). 6: Add coriander leaves, salt, baking soda, red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted jeera, and kitchen king masala. 7: Stir well, and add amchoor powder and slit green chillies. 8: Add water and simmer until desired gravy consistency is reached. 9: Finally, stir in kasuri methi and garam masala. 10: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
