1: Wash and soak moong dal for a few hours. 2: Grind the soaked dal with water, ginger, and green chillies to a smooth batter. 3: Add chopped radish, carrots, beetroot, curry leaves, ajwain, kasuri methi, salt, haldi powder, and rice flour to the batter. 4: Mix well and let the batter rest for 10 minutes. 5: Heat a pan and add eno to the batter just before pouring. 6: Pour the batter onto the hot pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. 7: For the chutney, blend mooli leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, bhujia, green chillies, black salt, salt, jeera powder, ajwain, and lemon juice with water until smooth. 8: Serve pancakes with the chutney.
