1: Prepare the eggless omelette batter by mixing Besan, Atta, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Baking Powder, and Water as needed. 2: Heat the Desi Ghee in a pan and pour the batter to form a pancake. 3: Cook until both sides are golden brown. 4: Chop the vegetables (Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Cucumber) and season them with Salt and Lemon Juice. 5: Take the cooked pancake and place some vegetables on one side. 6: Drizzle Chaat Masala, Green Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, and Lemon Juice on top. 7: Roll it tightly and serve immediately.
